Content Contributors / Independent Contractors: If you are engaged as an independent contractor to contribute content for our website, we collect the information necessary for the engagement. When you sign up for our emails, you are agreeing not only to receive our content delivered to you but also to receive these occasional advertorial emails from our advertisers/sponsors. Following a request, we will use reasonable efforts to supply, correct or delete personal information about you in our files.
- A completed Authorized Agent Designation Form indicating that you have the authorization to act on the consumer’s behalf.
- If you are a business, proof that you are registered with the Secretary of State to conduct business in California.
